Established in 2002 NuEra, focused on printer repairs however a natural progression took place with NuEra stocking, sourcing and supplying printer spare parts by 2004 and all other IT related spare parts by 2012.
The birth of NuEra came from recognizing that there was still a demand in the market for a competitive spare part supplier whom was customer focused and had a good understanding and knowledge of the refurbished sub-assembly industry. Many companies were involved in the refurbishing industry however nobody was refurbishing to the OEM standard!

Initially NuEra only stocked printer parts but as the NuEra name grew, being recognised as a company that met or exceeded the customers expectation, the demand for all IT related spare parts led NuEra into stocking various brands of spare parts for server’s, notebooks, PC’s, tablets and smart phones.
Having created a name in the market place NuEra was appointed the Lexmark Authorised Parts Distributor for English Speaking Africa towards the end of 2014 and also added the Katun (compatible toners) and Fullmark (ribbons) badges!
