I stepped out of an 18 year retirement and into NuEra after my Husband’s passing in June 2018. Prior to raising our boys, I was from a Sales background and working with people has always been something that has come naturally to me & that I have enjoyed. My relationship with NuEra is obviously an intensely personal one. To continue to watch Douglas’s legacy flourish, and to work alongside what feels like our second family here was something I never questioned, despite having no experience in the industry. No business is one person, and despite the huge void left by Douglas I instinctively knew that with the support & input of the team he had created & which I have continued to build, that although it wouldn’t be easy, we would be able to weather challenges we would inevitably face. It has been a rocky road for sure, but the nucleus of our company has always been the customer, it’s the very heartbeat of NuEra, and although faces may have changed, this never has. All at NuEra share this vision & it motivates me every single day. Douglas left big shoes to fill, but I find it a privilege and an honour to follow in his footsteps.
Nalene van Wyk
I have been with Nuera for just over two years. I initially joined as Head of the Mobile Division, & I am now Operations Manager.
I’m responsible for overseeing day to day operations which include procurement, policies & procedures, customer service satisfaction & generating new leads. I have always had a passion for the IT Industry & I enjoy creating synergies with people who have ambition, with the same mindset & who push themselves to the next level.
What sets NuEra apart from the rest is that we identify the gaps in the market by setting the bar high with an excellent customer experience. I am enjoying the freedom to explore & to bring my own new direction & flavour to the Company while still embracing the legacy of the Founder.
I‘ve been with NuEra for two and a half years. I work in Accounts; in fact I am the Accounts Department, thereby wearing many different hats. I enjoy the fast paced environment that NuEra is.
Clifford van Eeden
I have been with NuEra since 2013 & I am a Sales Executive. I am passionate about sales & what gives me job satisfaction is NuEra’s stock levels & competitive pricing to ensure our eta’s & delivery times are met. As the Founder of NuEra said “Stock & Customer is King”, this we strive to continue.
What sets NuEra apart from the rest is that we strive for excellence by keeping in touch with our valued clients and by not making empty promises.
I am a Sales Executive here at NuEra. I focus on the selling of spare printer parts. However my job doesn’t just stop at sales, it is to ensure that the customer is happy at every stage of the product life cycle, from sale to use. My job is to ensure a professional and efficient service experience at NuEra. I am a self-driven, ambitious & innovative individual. My mission at NuEra is to continue the legacy left behind by my Dad, and in doing so to help take the company to new heights with the rest of the team.
Inspired and driven by my Father and founder of NuEra, the company holds a special place in my heart. I wish to continue the core values that NuEra has provided for the past 17 years, whilst ensuring that we supply a service and product superior to our competitors, we will, as always, strive to push the boundaries of the industry.
My Job satisfaction comes from the satisfaction of others. Knowing that I have provided a client with excellent service & ensuring that they return for more. Making others happy makes me happy.

I handle the NuEra Mobile Division business to business accounts.
I am passionate about excellent customer service, have been dealing with customer relations for more than 5 years now and have equipped myself with a lot of knowledge regarding how to deal with customers and that has made me realise my love of working and dealing with people.
Seeing clients satisfied with the service we provide and receiving compliments keeps me motivated to keep going the extra mile as well as working with a team that is filled with motivation and positivity. Our productivity level is quick, and the company strives for excellency in every way.
Mobile Sales Executive
I am a Mobile Administrator with 10 years plus experience in various administrative roles. I am passionate about interacting with clients, getting to understand their needs and always ensuring every customer is served with enthusiasm and excellence, whilst maintaining and building good working relationships. Seeing my clients happy makes me tick. I pride myself in working efficiently and effectively providing an excellent service.

Tshifhiwa Prince Mulomoni
I joined NuEra in October 2010 & I am a Printer Technician. I’m a very energetic & self-motivated person. My job satisfaction comes after solving challenging printer faults. My daily objective is to keep our clients satisfied with my service.
At Nuera I find the opportunity to practice my skills and passion to grow in my profession and socially as a human being thanks to the excellent Management Team.
Isaac Bobo Phiri
I’m married with 3 kids. I have been working for NuEra for 3 years now as a Printer Technician. I am a goal driven person who knows how to practice effective time management in order to meet deadlines. I have good communication and personal skills which are an advantage in the working environment. I like the team I work with, they are my family.
My journey with NuEra began in 2008, as a Cleaner. The Company having recognised my potential, offered me the chance to train & become a Technician, which I now am. I am also responsible for handling our customers’ queries & assisting them with their orders to ensure they get the best service & value for the products we render. I am a humble & assertive person who likes working with people & contributing to help them achieve their goals, since it is the best gift of life that we can give to anyone.
Working with our clients, together with the knowledge I gain every day through learning about our own Company goals & being an active participant in those motivates me. The value for money that we give our clients; seeing them coming regularly to our company and recommending our services, gives me job satisfaction.
Our unity and passion that we have as a collective at NuEra is what sets us apart from the rest. The Company values each of us & believes in our abilities & capabilities & we truly work as a team.
I joined NuEra back in 2016 in the Refurb’ Department, and I am now a Printer Technician. I’m happy about my job because it’s challenging and interesting. My slogan as a technician is to keep the client happy so that I will be satisfied. What makes NuEra better than our competitors I think, is because we work as a team and we provide good service.
I’ve been with NuEra just over two years.
My current role is Mobile Technician, my core focus is cellular devices but I also do laptops and monitors.
I do what I do because I love what I do (yes I know it sounds like cheese but it’s true). I have the ability to take the worst moment in a client’s day to the best. Can you imagine in this day and age being without your cell phone? Most rely on it as a source of income and are lost without it.
We are by no way related here at NuEra & yet we are family, we are all different yet have one mind. We provide a service like no other and we do it with a smile.
Mobile & Board Level Technician
I’ve been with NuEra for two and a half years.
I am a Mobile Technician and I focus on logic board repairs (including micro soldering and BGA repairs) for mobile devices, printers and monitors.
I have a great passion for technology & this gives me an advantage in my repairs. I’m not big on speeches and notes but give me anything to repair and I will give it my all to get it done.
Our company offers services that most do not, & I feel being a smaller business give us the ability to deal more personally with every client.
Mobile & Printer Technician
I am an experienced Technician, driven by resolving problems & I take pride in providing the best service possible. I have been recognized by Samsung for my extraordinary commitment to customer service. I have worked in the repairs industry for 7 years as a seasoned Cell Phone Engineer, I am passionate about advancing customer service and repairs. I joined NuEra at the beginning of October 2019 & I am already proud to call NuEra home. I feel I can, as part of the team, help set a new standard handing & resolving customer’s devices, & making customers happy. My commitment to NuEra is to help grow the technicality of the Workshop in adding more experience to the team in both cell phone & printer repairs. I can’t rest until something is done, I can be pushed to deliver & for these reasons alone, myself & NuEra are a good fit.
I have been with Nuera for a year. I am responsible for everything stock related.
I am an absolute perfectionist & compulsive about making inventory balance, so being involved with stock is right up my alley. I seek to add efficiency and accuracy in inventory reporting, and support my team as best as possible by tackling everything with energy, enthusiasm and a drive to ensure our customers’ expectations are satisfied.

Stock Controller Assistant
I have been with the company for 3 years as Stock Controller. I am responsible for stock from the moment it arrives at our premises from our Suppliers until it leaves to our Customers. I enjoy the environment and nature of NuEra. We are one of the best because we value the customer first and we make impossible plans simple.
I have been with the Company 17 years. It has helped me to see the vision of the company and its career growth possibilities. I am responsible for preparing & packing everything that leaves our premises to go to our Customers. I really like what I am doing with NuEra. I have learned & grown a lot. I am keen to make our workplace better, the best, in terms of the quality of job I do with all my heart.
I remember carrying out my first duties with NuEra on the 29th of September 2003. I was nervous as can be. Instead of coming down hard on me, Douglas, who is our Founder, gave me some friendly advice and I felt comfortable in his presence. All our conversations together have stuck with me all these years, and although he is no longer here, I am still with his family, and have known his Sons since they were small and they are now young Men. I am motivated to teach the young ones within the Company to see me as an example of perseverance & showing that sticking with NuEra will bring good things to their lives.
I have recently joined NuEra as the company’s Receptionist. My main duties are meet and greet, taking incoming calls and taking messages, booking in printers, cell-phones and taking payment. I also capture invoices, filing of invoices, sending of customer goods with the couriers and receiving parcels. I am happy to be a part of the NuEra family.
I have been with NuEra for just over nine years.
I was initially employed in a Housekeeping capacity, but am now front of house in an Admin’/Despatch Clerk position. I so enjoy leaving the office at the end of each day knowing that I have made a positive impact on our customers. A happy customer will not only come back but will tell their friends and family about the quality and efficient service that we render at NuEra. I am always pleased to hear my customers telling me that they do not get the same service that we give them from other suppliers. I believe what makes NuEra different from the rest is the good quality of our products, our efficiency, the extra mile we go to ensure customer satisfaction. We at NuEra work as a team to ensure good quality customer service. Our professionalism speaks for itself. We always put our customer first. Like the founder of NUERA taught us, “CUSTOMER IS KING”
Moses Thulane Lekoloane
I have been with NuEra for 8 years as their Driver & I love what I do. I couldn’t have an office bound job. I enjoy being on the road and being that link between our Customers & our Company, meeting them face to face. The service we give to our clients is special, that’s why we’ve been in business as long as we have, we don’t worry about the rest!
What I like most about working for NuEra is the relationship between Management & Staff members. Management’s offices are always open to address any issues we may come across. Open policy, the way to go!
I started working at NuEra in February 2016 as one of their Drivers. I am very
happy to work here. I wish to work many more years to come. Long life NuEra!
I am humble and find it easy to connect with people. I adjust easily to new environments and I’m a go getter. I started working here in January 2018. I came here to work as a Cleaner. I work freely here & make sure people come into a clean environment every day. A clean working space brings out the best in people.
I enjoy working at NuEra because it feels like my second home. I don’t feel undermined here or that people do not value me as a Cleaner. I am part of this loving family. There is team work here. I would like to see the Company & myself grow by learning new skills, skills that will lift me AND the Company & continue to empower their staff.
