Pay For Courier Online
Once you have added the collect & deliver to your basket, you can check out and pay for this service online.

Our Mobile service team will contact you
Our customer service agents will contact you to arrange the collection of your device at a convenient time for you.

Collection
Your device will be collected. Please ensure your Find My iPhone is switched off and that your device is well packaged for the trip. We cannot take responsibility if your device is damaged in transit.

Book in and status updates
You will receive an email from one of our service agents to confirm your device has been received & booked by NuEra. You will receive status updates on your repair via email.

Receive Final Quotation
The client will be contacted after the full assessment has been resolved and the final repair quotation will be issued for review.

Repair Payment
Once your device repair is complete, you will receive a PAYFAST payment link in your awaiting collection email. This is a secure, instant eft link that allows us to process your payment immediately.

Delivery Of Your Device
Once payment is made via Payfast or Instant EFT, a Staff member will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the delivery of your repaired device.
