Our Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 076 095 9802, through email at connor@nuerasa.co.za or fill out and submit the form below.
2. Supply us with your device serial number as well as the colour.
3. Provide us with a full description of the fault on your device.
4. We will then provide you with a quote. However, this might be adjusted depending on the final assessment of your device.

Our turnaround times are as follows:

1. Advanced board work – 5-12 working days
2. Hardware repairs 4-6 working hours.

Please Take Note of the Following:

We can offer onsite repair services within 45km of our offices. However, we will require that you provide us with the model of your device, a description of the faults, as well as your address in order to provide an accurate quote for this type of service. We can alternatively arrange a collection to have your device brought back to our workshop for assessment, you address will be required so we can advise on the applicable freight costs.

We charge R299 excluding VAT assessment fee, if the repair quote is accepted, the assessment fee will be null in void. With regards to board work, if we assess your device and it is deemed unrepairable due to severe hardware failure or damage, then the R299 still stands to cover our technical team’s time to assess the unit. In other instances, if we cannot provide a quote to repair your device, such as not being able to source the parts, we will not charge an assessment fee.

Our replacement parts are OEM standard quality. We have been procuring from the same supplier since 2011 and we supply some of the largest repair centres nationwide.

Our client’s devices are secured and protected as we are fully compliant with the POPIA act.
