In 2002 NuEra was established focusing on printer repairs however a natural progression took place with NuEra stocking, sourcing and supplying printer spare parts by 2004 and all other IT related spare parts by 2012.

The birth of NuEra came from recognising that there was a demand in the market for a competitive spare part supplier who could equally offer a superior customer service experience and who had a good understanding and knowledge of the refurbished sub-assembly industry. Many companies were involved in the refurbishing industry however nobody was refurbishing to the OEM standard.

Initially, NuEra only stocked printer parts & related services, but as the NuEra reputation grew, being recognised as a company that both met & exceeded the customers’ expectation, the demand for all IT related spare parts led NuEra to realise that mobile would become an integral & vital component of the business & therefore diversified & established our Mobile Division.
