On receipt of this form your claim will be processed. Once vetted and approved NuEra will issue a return
authorization number which must be clearly marked on the packaging of the part being returned and all documentation. Failing to do so will result in your claim not being processed and any parts returned without return authorization number will be rejected immediately and no credits will be processed.

The return authorization number doesn’t guarantee the credit of the part. Only once the part has been received and inspected / tested confirming the damage or fault will credit then be passed. Please ensure you check the following when returning, please check your packaging is in the original packaging supplied by NuEra, any other packing will be rejected immediately and no credits will be processed. If your invoice reflects a serial number, please ensure the serial number matches the part you are returning, if the serial number does not match will be rejected immediately and no credits will be processed. All packaging may not have writing or damage to it, this will be rejected immediately and no credits will be processed. No parts that were supplied more than 3 months can be returned for credit.
